On Wednesday, February 21, 2018, at 7:30pm the South Jersey Poets Collective welcomes Patrick Rosal as the featured poet to World Above Free Poetry Night at Stockton University’s Noyes Arts Garage (2200 Fairmount Ave, Atlantic City, NJ 08401).
This month’s event is preceded by a screening of “Our Side: The Other Atlantic City” and Q&A with author Turiya S.A. Raheem from 6pm-7:30pm.
Our usual Open Mic, where participants read one poem that is less than two minutes long, will run from 7:30pm-8:00pm. Please arrive by 7:15pm to secure a spot in the Open.
After the break, participants will return to a free take-home writing prompt; then, Patrick Rosal will read.
